Berlin-born designer Frida Weyer studied at the international fashion school ESMOD in Berlin. She very quickly made a name for herself in the industry, was celebrated as the new German “Wunderkind”. Frida Weyer is distinguished by the surprising versatility of her collections. The designer has managed to perform a successful balancing act between elaborately tailored high-end fashion and casual ready-to-wear clothing. Her Spring/Summer Collection presents a wide variety of ready-to-wear pieces from casual shirts to the perfect cocktail dress. Everything for “summer in the city” – 24/7. The particular highlight of the collection: the print motive is created by the designer herself– the most diverse patterns and structures of wood, intended as an homage to Mother Earth who grounds us. For the materials, too, the designer emphasizes casual fabrics suitable for everyday use such as the varied cotton blends, some with a percentage of silk. Also new in the collection are jackets of gabardine or washed leather. The typical silk chiffon dresses by FRIDA WEYER continue to be an integral part of the label.
