Mode darf niemals langweilig sein – das ist der wichtigste Grundsatz der lettischen Designerin Agnese Narnicka. Ihre Entwürfe sind einerseits gekennzeichnet von Sportlichkeit und urbaner Lässigkeit, andererseits aber auch von glamouröser Eleganz. Tragen sollten sie starke und romantische Persönlichkeiten, meint die Designerin.
Agnese Narnicka is one of the most recognizable Latvian fashion designers. She represents the new generation in the industry and stands out by her ability to predict the trends long before they are set.
Agnese has an M.A. degree (graduated with distinction) from the Latvian Art Academy in 2009.; she has enriched her knowledge and experience in Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera, Italy, Milano. Since 2006 Agnese has focused mainly on developing her own label Hypnosis (also known as Hypnosis Fashion) in Latvia.
Agnese currently is a lecturer at the Art Academy of Latvia, department of Fashion Art.
The designs by Agnese are very distinctive and easily recognizable by their lines and cuttings. They blend together a unique mix of originality, uniqueness and ease-to-wear in a single design. Agnese designs clothes for men and women as trendy and urban unisex models
In Germany Agnese Narnicka has won the Baltic Fashion Award Grand Prix (Usedom) for best men’s collection 2010. Since Agnese is known by her own name in Germany Hypnosis Fashion, Ltd will present all collections under label AGNESE NARNICKA.

# International contest of new designers „Habitus Baltija”. The collection ”EGO” is awarded 1st place as the Artistic pret-a-porter; collection ”HYPNOSIS” is awarded 1st place as the Commercial pret-a-porter. (2008)
# Fashion design contest „Jauns vÄrds modÄ“” (A New Name in Fashion). Category pret-a- porter, 1st place, Grand Prix (2006)
# Contest „Gada Kuturje 2005”, Category – women’s fashion, dress „Decora”. 1st place.
